Yeah apparently the Vine St expressway in Philadelphia is still under water…sadly the weather will only keep getting worse as the years go on.
Yes, my friend has video from last night where the water/river is right to the bottom of the bridge part. He told me he used to be able to walk under this bridge. There are things floating down the river, including boats on top of boats, cars. He took a picture of these condos where the people are basically trapped until the water goes down. He also has this picture of a detail shop where all the cars being detailed were floating. It looked like a mini Tsunami. He’s going to try to send it to my email and I’ll post it if able!
