National Geographic 5,000 Awesome Facts, fact # 15 on toilets
According to http://www.clarkmade.com, Clark Sorensen has stated “I’m becoming known as the urinal man, but I’m fine with that.”
His work has been shown throughout California and the globe including South Korea and Hungary. His urinals have been installed in commercial and private residences, spanning from the United States to Hong Kong, Belgium, Russia and Bermuda, to name a few.

He specializes in high-fire porcelain, all handcrafted and original and one of a kind. He does not use molds. They are fully functional. He’s transformed the otherwise ugly white urinal into a work of art.
His pieces use an exacting coil building method that takes anywhere from 3-8 months to dry, all determining from the size of the masterpiece.
An exacting coil method he uses is to apply a small bit of clay each day over a series of weeks before the pieces are ready to dry.
