I’ve heard that as we age the less sleep one needs but that seems to be the opposite for me. Nowadays I am embarrassed to admit that I go to sleep anywhere from 8:30-9:00 p.m. I do tend to get up early, though, for I start my day with walking Charley early morning at 5:00 a.m. because she lately has been skittish around cars in the city during the day and early evening. I get about 7- 7 1/2 hours of sleep a night and sometimes I don’t feel as if that is enough! If I get hooked on a good movie though I will go to bed later but feel as if I pay for it the next day. I like/love my sleep.
