By Billy Chapata
I picked this book up from the Little Free Library down the street. Take a book, leave a book.
First, I looked up Billy Chapata to find out who wrote the book.
“Billy Chapata is a Zimbabwean writer, author, and creative based in Atlanta, Georgia. Billy’s work aims to touch on the concepts of love, healing, connections and growth, through poetry, storytelling and narrative. “… Google Books
The chameleon spirit animal symbolizes the lesson of staying true to ourselves while adapting to life’s challenges. It represents “adaptability, versatility, and transformation”. ( https://www.chameleons.info/en/chameleon-spirit-animal/) Those that are guided by the chameleon spirit seem to possess a keen sense of intuition and perception, allowing them to blend in or stand out if the situation calls for it.
First Introduction Page;
“there is something quite magical about looking within and realizing that all the power you need to re-create yourself, lies within. there is something quite revolutionary in understanding that the keys to your peace, your emancipation, and your happiness all rest comfortably in your pocket.
as we proceed on this journey called life, we will take on many shapes, many forms, and many identities, and this is what makes us truly beautiful. the experiences we go through, and the people we cross paths with, only add more energy to the direction we’re headed in, more detail to the ground that we step on, and more color to our narrative.
we will heal, and our auras will transform.
we will grow, and our auras will change.
we will love, and our auras will illuminate.
here’s to healing, here’s to growing, here’s to loving, and here’s to hoping that these words keep your aura bright and colorful.“

i am not flawed,
i am misunderstood magic.
This book I realized has small lessons for life’s journey. I’m going to try it and start using its ideas. Here it goes!….
